Responsibilities:
• Ensure operational efficiency within the F&B department by providing smooth service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
• Create memorable guests experiences that leave a lasting impression.
• Motivate and guide restaurant enployee to meet service standards and consistently exceed guest expectations.
• Interact with guests to create a personalized and engaging dining experience, anticipating their needs and preferences.
Requirements:
• 1 years' experience in similar role in a Food and Beverage department & Have a good knowledge and understanding of Food and Beverage operations
• Preferably candidates who can speak Mandarin Language
